Refund policy

If you need to cancel your event, we offer a full refund more than 90 days prior to the event. If cancelled within 90 days, there is a $125 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is free anytime prior to us shipping the rental equipment. If we have already shipped the rental fee it is non-refundable.
